Not only was he able to get us into the property we wanted that was in very high demand, he was also able to get our townhome on the market quickly and sold quickly. Terie and I moved to Brentwood CA by chance. Another chance was to meet Mike & Jules and have them incite us to take a closer look at Discovery Bay for additional real estate investments. The location is of course very attractive for would be owners or dwellers but we were right away led by Mike to the best opportunities. He knows the area so well that he can help sort them out based on whatever perspective is adopted: return on investment, rental, potential for appreciation, nature and concern of the seller. In the end we bought two properties through Mike & Jules and gave them a contract for one rental. I should add that Mike knows also the best contractors, painters, gardeners and other handymen so that the properties could be brought to their fullest potential with minimum effort and expense. I'll never forget our buying experience in late 2004, through early 2005 with Mike. We were purchasing a foreclosure in Discovery Bay to live in and it was apparent the deal was sure to go down in flames almost from the start. Foreclosures were rare at that time and an average realtor would not have been able to bring this one to the closing table (at least not at that that time because the seller was still in the house and the whole situation was charged with emotion). Mike "read" the personalities involved and organized all parties so everyone was on the same page. Mike literally "made" that deal happen. He then navigated through a difficult foreclosure process keeping in close communication with all parties, the bank, the attorney's, until everyone was "satisfied". If it weren't for him this purchase/sale would have collapsed under the weight of all it's moving parts, all the "waiting", and the many personalities involved.

This is one great team. Local experts and good people. You can be sure that your experience will be professional and they will insist that every step is done with full disclosure, proper inspections and all mechanisms and "legalize" will be in place to protect you and everyone.
